How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed on bussiness days (from Monday to Friday, Eastern Standard-Times). Please note that we exclude these holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas, Presidents' Day

You can choose USPS (for US ), Yun Express (for AU, EU, UK, Canada, and other countries).

How can I track my order?

After shipping your order, we will send a tracking code to your email so you can stay up-to-date with your order status. Can I receive my package on Saturday?

We do not ship items on Saturday but if we ship via USPS, you can receive it on that day.

What should I do if my order didn't arrive on time?

Your Orders can be delayed due to external factors like negative weather conditions, holidays. Please don't hesitate to contact me via email AmazingTrungX@gmail.com if your order did not arrive on time.

What is your Returns & exchanges policy?

I do not accept returns or exchanges unless the order caused by the manufacturing process.

Yes. It depends on your local customs policy. You are responsible for paying customs or taxes, duties and tariffs (if any) that your country may assign to you.
